HOW TO BOOK

Please telephone, fax or email to check availability. Provisional bookings can be held for a period of ten days pending receipt of your deposit of £250 GBP, made out as a money order or cheque and sent by post. This money is returnable to you on departure. For the duration of the holiday it will be regarded as a deposit against breakages or other damage.

RATES

- Weekly rates quoted in Pound Stirling (£)
- Week runs from 2 p.m. Saturday to Saturday.
- The Gallery Apartment sleeps four (4), with the option of accommodating an additional two in the Arch Suite for an extra £200 per week.

Note:- In the months of January, February and the first two weeks of March, the weather may make Simonicchi difficult to access, so these periods are sometimes not available.

BOOKING FORM
Please print, complete, sign and fax the booking form to confirm your reservation. If you are unable to print the form, please telephone or email and the form can be faxed to you.

CONDITIONS
Bed linen and towels, gas and electricity are included in the rental price. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and on the Friday morning before your departure .If you would like help other weekdays it can be arranged locally at a cost of approximately £5 GBP an hour. A telephone is available for incoming calls and for use of guests who are provided with a personal telephone card. Email and faxes can be arranged by request.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If, unfortunately, you are unable to proceed with your holiday after you have sent your deposit, please contact me immediately. If it is possible to arrange another booking for that period your money will be returned. If not it may be considered good as a deposit for a holiday at a later date.

PAYMENT
The rental fee, as separate from the deposit, should be paid eight weeks before the date of your arrival. It can be paid by direct transfer to the bank account or by cheque in GBP or EUROS. Banking details will be given at the time of booking, as will the precise directions for getting here.

LATE PAYMENT
If payments are late it may be necessary to regard the booking as cancelled. Please inform me of any problems as they arise in order to avoid this.

Note: Please, no smoking in the house. Use of the house and gardens is entirely at your own risk.
